Abigail Spencer

Abigail Leigh Spencer, born on August 4, 1981, is an American actor. Most well-known is her role in the film Cowboys & Aliens The Haunting in Connecticut 2 Ghosts of Georgia Oz the Great and Powerful This Is Where I Leave You, as well in the TV seriesAngela's Eyes Mad Men Hawthorne & Suits. She is currently starring as Amantha in Rectify the Sundance Channel drama. Abigail Leigh Spencer - an American actress whose work includes both film and TV - is a television star. Her roles in both the drama series Rectify and the sci-fi drama Timeless made her a star. Born in Gulf Breeze Florida she made her acting debut with a character in the soap opera All My Children. The soap opera All My Children won her an award from soap Opera Digest for Best Female Newcomer. She largely played guest parts in a variety of TV shows over the next couple of years. Her role as the Dr. Erin Jameson on the television series Hawthorne was praised by the audience. She slowly grew a large following thanks to her gorgeous look and incredible acting talents. At the age of 20 years old, her debut film performance was Campfire Stones. Jekyll This Means War as along with Chasing Mavericks are the other movies where she starred. Her role in Beautiful Now earned her a nomination in the Madrid International Film Festival Award. The main character in Timeless plays Lucy Preston, history professor. Spencer has received an Teen Choice Award nomination and was also acknowledged for her role on the show by critics.
